Emotional mastery is not about "not feeling" certain things, it's not about always feeling a certain way. Emotional mastery is a claim over my emotional experience and emotional expression, a way of harnessing every emotional experience FOR ME.

Much relational drama centers on a war with one's feelings. But feelings aren't problems, certainly not relationship problems. On this Masterclass, you'll learn to express feelings in ways that promote closeness, connection, and intimacy without first moving through conflict.

90 Minutes of Freeform Community Discussion on the Eminent Practicality of Exquisite Boundaries
For those who can't get enough of the boundary talk, we are having a teaching-free meeting just to workshop whatever is up in the moment. Participants will share their relational quandaries and explore them through the lens of loving connected boundaries.

This group call will focus on participants' real-world practices of loyalty to their own experience above all else, and bring boundaries into the concrete realm.
​
We learn via templates, and when we have repeated exposure to navigating relationships in the tone of love, we download a template of loving relationships we carry with us ever after.
